Nutrition Assessment & Counseling

Review and discuss medical history and complete a full nutrition assessment. Assistance with weight management, underweight failure to thrive, picky eating, ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, constipation and GI related concerns.

Food Play & Feeding Therapy

Through play, your child will learn the skills necessary to assist them in tasting and trying new foods. With our team approach to care utilizing our Registered Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and Pediatric Counselor your child will get the best possible support treating the whole child not just their symptoms. Food school typically runs 12 weeks, with weekly sessions either in the office or virtually. Our therapists are trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding. Individual and Family Therapy

Providing compassionate support to children and adolescents with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, fear, ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, grief, behavioral issues, picky eating and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake disorder.  Using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and play therapy approaches in sessions, our counseling is a powerful tool that can bring about positive changes.

Speech Therapy

Services are available for speech and language delays as well as developmental delays and disorders, including receptive and expressive language delays, articulation & phonological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, apraxia, dysarthria, stuttering, feeding difficulties, picky eating, and speech and language issues related to hearing loss.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy Evaluation for assessing and improving fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, Self-care skills (dressing, feeding, toileting, hygiene,) meeting developmental milestones, improving organization, handwriting. Assisting with self-regulation resulting in meltdowns that disrupt to daily routines, sensory challenges, focusing and following directions. We work with children facing a wide range of difficulties, including global developmental delays and strength, sensory needs, aversions to sensory input, picky eating habits, oral motor deficits and more!

Myofunctional Therapy

Myofunctional Therapy

Myofunctional therapy is a program used to improve speech, feeding and/or breathing through exercise training. Someone who needs Myofunctional Therapy may have an Orofacial Myofunctional Disorder. This may present as difficulty breathing through your nose, limited tongue movement, messy or difficult eating, dental abnormalities, tongue pushing past your teeth, drooling and/or difficulty closing lips. If your child is presenting with one or more of these concerns, we can help!

Breastfeeding and lactation

Lactation Counseling & Breastfeeding Support

Comprehensive assessment of mother and child related to breastfeeding and breastfeeding support. Let us help you reach your breastfeeding goals and improve your breastfeeding experience. Consultation is 1 hour long where we will discuss any concerns you may have, breastfeeding positions, care for mom/baby, and things to watch for. Review of history and observation of a full feeding (at the breast, pumping, bottle or any combination). Tools may be used to help support breastfeeding or be demonstrated if needed. Assistance and education provided on latch, positioning, infant hunger/satiety cues, milk supply, growth and any other related breastfeeding concerns from preconception to weaning.
